Two gems from our Library Collection – For the connoisseur in your life – two wines which have been aged for many years in our cellars and exemplary examples of top quality aged English Sparkling Wine.
- Winner of multiple Trophies, including Best English Sparkling Wine at the International Wine Challenge, the Blanc de Blancs 2010 is incredible example of aged English Chardonnay.
- The Cuvée 2009 is from a small parcel which was held back from Wiston’s first commercial vintage – and only disgorged at the end of 2023. The result is stunning.

Three Vintage Wiston Wines – For the extra special festive moments – only a bottle of vintage will do. These stunning wines are all from the same patch of chalk on the South Downs and show how incredibly complex, layered and simply delicious sparkling wine from West Sussex can be. The collection includes:
- Blanc de Blancs 2018 – Chardonnay and our chalky South Downs soils were made for each other.
- Rosé 2018 – Nothing frivilous or light going on here this is a rosé for grown ups.
- Blanc de Noirs 2014 – An indulgent blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – rich and satisfying.

Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is what Wiston has won the most awards for over the years. Chardonnay and our chalky South Downs soils were made for each other – so we have put together a special Blanc de Blancs set! Gift something the recipient can look forward to in the future – a meal at Chalk, one of Sussex’s best dining experiences. Our menu draws together the highlights of fresh local produce, including ingredients from the Estate and its neighbours. We aim to create dishes that express the nature, heritage, and purpose of the land we share. On Friday & Saturday nights we run a set five course dinner showcasing produce grown, farmed and foraged on Wiston Estate and the Sussex Coast.

THE WISTON TOUR & TASTING
Discover the story of our vineyards and try some of the wines we make here at Wiston Estate. This can be booked as a voucher for two or four to come on one of our regular tours, or you could arrange to bring group for a private tour.
SUNDOWNER SAFARI TOUR & TASTING
One for the summer months – this tour runs on Fridays from May to September. Enjoy a tour of the winery and a tasting of our Non-Vintage Sparkling wines, then head over the hills to our secluded vineyard barn, where you will taste our vintage wines amongst the vines from which they were produced. As the sun dips below the Downs, guests return to Chalk for a four course dinner.
