Refreshing and fine, with fragrant notes of an English Orchard, nectarines, honey and brioche, Wiston Estate Cuvée 2015 displays a more opulent expression of Wiston’s Cuvée style. With impressive depth, its filigree texture retains Wiston’s signature precision and elegance, that gives more than a nod to French bone structure. A beautifully focused wine with fantastic ageing potential made from a blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 22% Pinot Meunier.
Comprised of 68% Pinot Noir, 22% Pinot Meunier and just 10% Chardonnay, our Wiston Estate Rosé 2014 displays exotic notes of Seville oranges, cranberries, morello cherries and sweet spice. With extraordinary complexity, there is great texture and elegance to this wine due to two-thirds of this cuvée fermented and aged in oak barrels. It will age very well but this is a wine that is already brimming with individual personality and so is excellent to drink now, especially with food.
Selected from the chalkiest and steepest part of Wiston’s vineyard, Wiston Estate Blanc de Blancs 2015 is elegant and complex, with notes of tangerine, honeydew melon, honeysuckle and brioche. Aged in 50% mature Burgundy oak barrels and 50% stainless steel, this single vineyard, single vintage, single varietal Blanc de Blancs is perfect for immediate drinking and will also cellar beautifully.
Made from 100% barrel-fermented Pinot Noir and aged on its lees for 5 years, with a further year in cellar before release. Presented in its own black and gold gift box, this very special, limited edition Blanc de Noirs 2010 is a new favourite of ours. Coming from a benchmark year at Wiston, this rich and complex single vineyard wine is brimming with nectarines, strawberries and rhubarb, overlayed with delicious brioche, toasted hazelnut and savoury mineral notes. With its persistent stream of tiny bubbles and a long, fruit-laden finish, we couldn't be prouder of this release which was awarded 3 separate trophies in the WineGB Awards 2018: Most Outstanding Blanc de Noirs, Top Sparkling Wine 2018 and best of all, Supreme Champion 2018.
