Wiston Estate Gin & Vodka Spirit Pair

A double pack containing a tin of our Estate Gin and Estate Vodka. These are both made with the leftover wine from the 2022 vintage which we cannot use for our sparkling wines.

The botanicals used in the gin take inspiration from the chalk grasslands around us, the gin being flavoured with juniper, wild thyme and the savory herb, all of which grow here on the estate. These, along with a dash of Sicilian lemon are what make up the flavour palate of the gin. The result is an elegant and smooth gin with a beautiful delicate herbal element, refreshing citrus core and fruit juniper base notes. For the vodka, the wine base has created a smooth and subtle spirit which makes a stunning vodka martini or a sgroppino (lemon sorbet, sparkling wine and vodka). We tasted with our Chalk Chefs and team and are very excited about showing this to guests. 50cl per tin | 40% vol ABV | 20 UK Units
