Like our gin, our vodka is made with leftover grape juice which we cannot use for wine making.
The grape juice base to the spirit has created a smooth and subtle vodka which makes a stunning vodka martini or a sgroppino (lemon sorbet, sparkling wine and vodka). We tasted with our Chalk Chefs and team and are very excited about showing this to guests.
