Our friends at Charlie’s Trout have combined a pack of their famous 500g Cold Oak Smoked Trout, harvested to order, carefully smoked, hand sliced and presented in their distinctive packaging with a bottle of our stunning Wiston Estate Cuvée 2013, winner of the prestigious Platinum award at the 2017 Decanter World Wine Awards and an absolute treat. ‘The Ultimate Collection’ also includes 2 tubs (175g) of Charlie’s Trout’s incredibly popular handmade Smoked Trout Paté, a delicious blend of Charlie’s Cold Oak Smoked Trout, soft cheese, crème fresh, herbs, lemon, horseradish and a twist of pepper. Topped off with a tin of handmade Irish Digestives with Atlantic Sea Salt from the award winning Lismore Food Company in Waterford, Ireland.

Please note that the trout is so fresh that Charlie’s Trout don’t carry stock on the site, they only catch and smoke the trout when you place your order. The preparation and smoking process takes between 3-6 days, with delivery to you on Fridays.
