Thank you for joining the Wiston Wine Club. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members, we’ve outlined the terms & conditions for our Wine Club. Please take a moment to review them.

  • Wine Club members must be over the age of 18 years of age, proof of age may be asked for upon delivery of the cases.
  • You will receive a quarterly case of three bottles of Wiston wines. You cannot substitute the wines for alternative options. Quarterly cases will be dispatched in July, October, January and April.
  • Your first delivery will include your free welcome bottle if you join before 30th June 2025.
  • Your Wiston Wine Club will be set to auto renew. This can be amended in your members area. You will receive a reminder email one week before your renewal is due.
  • Payment is taken on a quarterly or annual basis, once payment is received each case will be issued; in July, October, January and April.
  • You may cancel or pause your membership at any time via the members area of our website. You will not receive deliveries of wine or membership benefits while a membership is paused. Please note that any membership paused for more than a year will be automatically cancelled.
  • You are able to pause your membership a maximum of three times throughout the billing year – please note after this point your membership will be cancelled.
  • If you have signed up to pay quarterly – please note payment will be taken on the 3rd working day of the 3rd month.
  • You will receive a 10% discounts on wine purchases online and in person purchases at the Cellar Door.
  • You will receive a 15% discounts on cases of wine purchased online and in person purchases at the Cellar Door.
  • The membership discount cannot be used in conjunction with other online or Cellar Door offers.
  • Your complimentary tour and tasting voucher will be issued with your first case and is valid for 12 months from the date issued.
  • Wines will be sent to the address provided when you signed up. If you need to change your address please contact us on [email protected] or log into your account and change your details online.
  • On signing up you will be sent a welcome email and notified of when you will receive your first delivery, and you will be issued with a unique membership order number.
  • Online discounts will be applied automatically once you are logged into your account.
  • Harvest Days are always dependent on harvest conditions. If we run the days members will get priority booking.
  • Your membership number is the ‘Order Number’ from your original confirmation – and will be sent in your welcome pack with your first case.
