An Evening With Wiston Estate at Henrock

We are delighted to invite you to a special one-off evening in collaboration with  the team at Henrock by Simon Rogan, set within the beautiful surroundings of Linthwaite House in the Lake District. Hosted alongside our winemaker, Marcus Rayner-Ward, the evening brings together a shared appreciation for exceptional British produce and the quiet elegance of English sparkling wine.

Umbel Group Head Sommelier, Valentin Mouillard, has worked closely with Marcus to curate the evening’s wine pairings, thoughtfully matched to Henrock’s seasonal menu by Head Chef Mark McCabe.

Tickets are £175 per person and include:

• Arrival glass of Wiston X Simon Rogan Rosé, served in the lounge at Linthwaite House at 6pm
• Henrock’s full seasonal tasting menu, paired with Wiston wines

Designed to be enjoyed together, this is a shared table dining experience. While you can book your preferred number of seats, guests will be seated communally for a relaxed and sociable evening with fellow wine enthusiasts.
