Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an intimate dining experience at Chalk

Join us for a special one-off Valentine’s evening at Chalk. Recently named Restaurant of the Year in the Beautiful South Awards and featured in the Michelin Guide 2025, Chalk provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable night.

Enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course Valentine’s menu for £75 per person, including a welcome Wiston 43 cocktail or a mocktail of your choice on arrival. For those wishing to elevate the experience further, an optional wine flight pairing (£35 per person) will be available on the night, carefully selected to complement each course.

• What is included in the Valentine’s experience?
  A four-course set Valentine’s menu priced at £75 per person, including a welcome cocktail or mocktail, with a two-hour table sitting.
• Is wine included in this price?
  A welcome cocktail or non alcoholic mocktail will be served on arrival. Wine is not included. An optional wine flight pairing is available for £35 per person and will be added to your bill on the evening if chosen.
• Is service included in the price?
  A discretionary 12.5% service charge is not included in the ticket price and will be added to your final bill on the evening.
  
• Do you cater for dietary requirements?
  As this is a set menu experience prepared in a small kitchen, we sadly cannot cater for every dietary requirement. Please advise us of any requirements when booking and we will confirm whether we are able to accommodate.
• What is the cancellation policy?
  Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your booking. Cancellations made after this time, or non-attendance, will incur a charge of £35 per person.
• Is there limited availability?
  Yes. This is a ticketed, one-off event with limited availability. Early booking is recommended.
• Where will the dining take place?
  The experience will take place at Chalk Restaurant. Wiston Estate Winery & Chalk Restaurant, North Farm, London Road, RH20 4BB.
• Should I prebook a taxi?
  We do recommend prebooking a taxi. Uber is available in this area.
