We will be hosting a dinner at Chalk to celebrate the 2025 harvest. Chef Jordon will be creating a delicious seasonal three-course dinner which we will match to a selection of Wiston’s wines. Winemaker Marcus Rayner-Ward will be with us to talk us through the 2025 harvest – which we hope will be happily fermenting away in the winery as we dine! Menu to be confirmed in due course – but we’ve already earmarked some pretty exciting vintage magnums (not available for purchase!) to pour at this dinner.
With Wine Pairings’ ticket includes: three course meal plus three glasses of wine. ‘No Wine Pairings’ ticket includes: three courses – soft drinks may be purchased separately. Service is included in this ticket price.
There is a Vegetarian Menu option, but unfortunately for this dinner we are unable to cater for vegan requirements. Please confirm any allergies when purchasing tickets.
