Chalk Restaurant Suppliers

local, seasonal produce

Our menu at Chalk draws together the highlights of fresh local produce, including ingredients from the Estate and its neighbours, and aims to create dishes that express the nature, heritage, and purpose of the land we share. Here are a few of our brilliant suppliers – using the best produce that West Sussex has to offer…

Wiston Walled Garden vegetables

Wiston House, West Sussex

Thanks to John and the brilliant Wiston Gardens team, the walled garden is an essential part of Chalk. It doesn’t just supply much of the wonderful produce you see on the menu, it also gives the kitchen a connection to the garden which allows us to draw inspiration from the seasons and showcase our own locally produced ingredients.
