Hosted by the Goring family at Chalk, this exclusive evening begins with welcome canapés and a vertical tasting of rare vintages. After resting gracefully for more than a decade, this wine now reveals the timeless elegance of English sparkling. A one-of-a-kind moment to share with fellow wine lovers.

Celebrate the 2025 harvest with a relaxed and flavourful evening at Chalk. Head Chef Jordon presents a seasonal three-course menu, paired with a curated selection of Wiston’s wines — including rare magnums from our cellar that are not available for sale. Winemaker Marcus Rayner-Ward will join the evening, sharing stories and insights from this year’s harvest. With or without wine pairings, it promises an intimate night of food, wine, and conversation.
