- The Cuvée 2009 is from a small parcel which was held back from Wiston’s first commercial vintage – and only disgorged at the end of 2023. The result is stunning.

Gift something the recipient can look forward to in the future – a meal at Chalk, one of Sussex’s best dining experiences. Our menu draws together the highlights of fresh local produce, including ingredients from the Estate and its neighbours. We aim to create dishes that express the nature, heritage, and purpose of the land we share. On Friday & Saturday nights we run a set five course dinner showcasing produce grown, farmed and foraged on Wiston Estate and the Sussex Coast.

THE WISTON TOUR & TASTING
Discover the story of our vineyards and try some of the wines we make here at Wiston Estate. This can be booked as a voucher for two or four to come on one of our regular tours, or you could arrange to bring group for a private tour.
SUNDOWNER SAFARI TOUR & TASTING
One for the summer months – this tour runs on Fridays from May to September. Enjoy a tour of the winery and a tasting of our Non-Vintage Sparkling wines, then head over the hills to our secluded vineyard barn, where you will taste our vintage wines amongst the vines from which they were produced. As the sun dips below the Downs, guests return to Chalk for a four course dinner.
