Our ‘Wiston NV Collection’ is a three-pack of our Brut NV, Rosé NV and Blanc de Blancs NV for under £100 – a wonderful way to explore the different wines we make here at Wiston Estate. This selection also makes a perfect gift for a wine lover.

The Brut NV- English Sparkling Wine is our benchmark wine – made with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – and contains a mix of wines from different harvests – a memory of every vintage since we first picked Wiston grapes in 2008. Delicious as an aperitif or with fish and chips – notes of juicy Granny Smith apples, a touch of grapefruit, toasty biscuity notes and a mouthwatering finish.

The Rosé NV- English Sparkling Wine is a cacophony of ripe red fruits – strawberries, dark cherries – even a touch of damson and spice. Delicious with nibbles such as charcuterie or hard cheeses. Not just for show – this rosé is robust and rich and full-flavoured.

The Blanc de Blancs NV- English Sparkling Wine – made from 100% Chardonnay – this wine is a homage to the Blanc de Blancs of Champagne – and a favourite of the Wiston team. Crisp green apple and citrus notes, along with a touch of almond and freshly baked baguette. Perfect with freshly shucked oysters or seafood.
