2018 blanc de blancs
From one of Sussex’s best harvests, this Blanc de Blancs has notes of intense nougat and lemon zest on the nose, with ripe greengage, apples and pastry flavours on the palate. It is tasting stunning now, but will reward those with patience – it will age beautifully. Winner of a Gold Medal winner at the International Wine Challenge.
Blanc de Blancs Non vintage
Our benchmark Blanc de Blancs, made with a blend of different harvests. It is delightfully fresh with vibrant acidity and impeccable balance. Crisp green apple notes alongside white blossom, grapefruit and lemon zest. Delicate notes of kumquat are leading the way with flinty minerality with a hint of patisserie softness. A mouthwatering aperitif – seriously good with fish and chips!

Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is what Wiston has won the most awards for over the years. Chardonnay and our chalky South Downs soils were made for each other – so we have put together a special Blanc de Blancs set! This includes a bottle of our Non-vintage and Vintage Blancs de Blancs from 2018, in a Wiston gift box.
