We are looking forward to welcoming you to Chalk Restaurant and offering you a complimentary glass of Wiston Estate wine. Chalk draws together the highlights of fresh local produce, including ingredients from the Estate and its neighbours. We aim to create dishes that express the nature, heritage, and purpose of the land we share. Our dinners are a set Estate Menu – a set five course dinner showcasing produce grown, farmed and foraged on Wiston Estate and the Sussex Coast.

• Glass can only be redeemed alongside our estate dinner on Friday & Saturday evenings in Chalk.
• Please note this is not valid during our lunch service.
