Discover the Wines 

Brut NV

Our benchmark wine, crafted from equal proportions of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and blended with 40% reserve wines. Pure green apple and ripe lemon flavours combine with rich, complex maturity, fine bubbles and layers of toasted biscuit from extended lees ageing, leading to a beautifully long finish.

Rosé NV 

Elegant and wonderfully expressive, our Rosé NV bursts with aromatic notes of rhubarb, raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant, complemented by wild rose, lemon zest and a delicate touch of sherbet. Fine, persistent bubbles and refreshing acidity make this a beautifully moreish sparkling rosé.

Blanc de Blancs NV

A rare expression of English sparkling wine, our Blanc de Blancs NV showcases crisp green apple, delicate kumquat and flinty minerality. Refined and refreshing, it finishes with a lovely balance of softness, freshness and purity.

Cuvée 2020

Our flagship wine, made only in vintages that produce grapes of exceptional quality. The 2020 vintage is fresh and elegant, with linear citrus, grapefruit, fresh almonds and lemon posset, complemented by a subtle hint of spice from oak ageing. Its vibrant acidity makes it a wonderful partner for seafood, oysters or a citrus-dressed salad.

Rosé 2018

From the exceptional 2018 vintage, this deep, orangey-pink sparkling rosé is rich in character and red-fruit expression. Aromas of cherry, blood orange and wild rose lead to delicate rose-petal notes on the palate, balanced by refreshing acidity, abundant red fruit and hints of brioche and vanilla.

Blanc de Noir 2018

The latest release from the 2018 vintage, our Blanc de Noirs 2018 offers inviting aromas of baked pear, greengage and rich, buttery croissant. Complex and generous, it balances richness with freshness and elegance, underpinned by a distinctive savoury mineral core.
