Celebrate English Wine Week at Wiston Estate! During English Wine Week (15th – 23rd June) we will be offering FREE counter tastings at our cellar door throughout the week. No booking required, just come to the shop. While you here you can explore the beautiful estate – or enjoy a drink in the courtyard. Please see how to find us below.
Dine in the Vines
Hidden away in the South Downs, our original vineyard is a very special place & where we still harvest our vintage wines from each autumn. Join us for a dinner from the team at Chalk in a one-off for this summer on 10th August. Guests will enjoy drinks & canapés in the vineyard, followed by a three course sit-down dinner.
Library Collection Release Tasting
We are delighted to announce that in June we will be releasing the next wine from our Library Collection – our Wiston Estate Cuvée 2009. Join the Goring Family on 13th June as they present the latest addition to our collection – from Wiston’s second ever vintage!
South Downs Festival of Food & Fizz
Sip a glass of Wiston’s English Sparkling Wine on the 8th June at the Festival of Food & Fizz. Situated in the beautiful medieval village of Cocking nestled under the South Downs, the festival will feature a variety of of vendors who will excite your tastebuds.
Water Lane Wine Fair
Celebrate the start of English Wine Week on 15th June at the Water Lane Wine Fair with the best of English Wine from the South East. The winemakers for this event have been handpicked to reflect the same values as Water Lane: highlighting family-run & independent wineries, & those committed to sustainable winemaking.
Borde Hill Garden Festival
Enjoy a glass of Wiston Wine at Borde Hill garden Festival! Nestled within the stunning heritage-listed Garden in West Sussex, the Festival is set to take place on 22nd and 23rd June & will feature guest speakers – including Kirsty Goring presenting Wiston’s wines – curated stalls & fusion food.
Wiston Winery by Rail
If you are London-based, this is the answer for a luxury visit to Wiston. On 24th July, board the quintessentially British Pullman train from the city and escape to the English countryside. Travel down to the iconic South Downs where you will join us in the winery for a special Tour & Tasting.
