Celebrate the 2026 harvest with an evening of exceptional food, wine and conversation at our annual Chef & Winemaker Dinner.
As another vintage draws to a close, join us in Chalk Restaurant for a seasonal three course dinner created by Head Chef Jordon and his team, inspired by the best produce of the season and thoughtfully paired with a selection of Wiston wines.
Throughout the evening, our Winemaker, Marcus Rayner-Ward, will share insights into this year’s harvest, offering a glimpse into life in the winery during one of its busiest and most exciting times. From the conditions in the vineyard to the first stages of winemaking, Marcus will bring the story of the 2026 vintage to life, alongside the wines being poured throughout the evening.
Jordon will introduce each course and the thinking behind the pairings, creating a relaxed and engaging evening that celebrates the connection between food, wine and the harvest season.
Your ticket includes a seasonal three course dinner, with each course served alongside a carefully selected Wiston wine. A thoughtfully curated non alcoholic pairing is also available. Service is included in the ticket price.
A vegetarian menu is available. Unfortunately, for this dinner we are unable to cater for vegan requirements. Please let us know of any allergies when purchasing your tickets.
Tickets: £112.50 including service charge
