THE WISTON TOUR & TASTING
Discover the story of our vineyards and try some of the wines we make here at Wiston Estate. This can be booked as a voucher for two or four to come on one of our regular tours, or you could arrange to bring group for a private tour.
SUNDOWNER SAFARI TOUR & TASTING
One for the summer months – this tour runs on Fridays from May to September. Enjoy a tour of the winery and a tasting of our Non-Vintage Sparkling wines, then head over the hills to our secluded vineyard barn, where you will taste our vintage wines amongst the vines from which they were produced. As the sun dips below the Downs, guests return to Chalk for a four course dinner.

A stunning line up of three Blanc de Blancs. A serious Chardonnay extravaganza – this is a case to delight fans of the Blanc de Blancs style. It contains two bottles of our Blanc de Blancs NV, two of the multi-award winning 2015 vintage, and two of the newly released 2018 vintage – also an award winner. These three wines are a great testament to England’s ability to produce world-class Blanc de Blancs sparkling wines. Normal retail price £362 – Christmas price £300.
FOR THE WINE connoisseur…
Our classic Blanc de Noirs 2014, and our Library Collection Blanc de Noirs 2014 Extra Brut – in gift box. These are wines to savour in front of the fire on a chilly winter’s evening. The two versions of our sumptuous single vineyard Blanc de Noirs also make a winning gift for any wine enthusiast – they are made from the same grapes and vintage, with a subtle variation in the winemaking – one is ‘Extra Brut’ while one is ‘Brut’ – the difference being the level of sugar added at the end of the winemaking process. The Brut won Best Blanc de Noirs at the 2022 Wine GB Awards.
