Completing our trio of still wines, we’re very excited to release this delectable rosé. Selected from our own vines at Wiston and our partner grower in Kent, it bursts with fresh, juicy cherries and summer red currants, with delicate hints of peach blossom.
A NOTE FROM THE CHEF…
Chef, Tom Kemble shared his thoughts on the new rose – “Lovely salinity, white peach and vibrant acidity. Great with charcuterie, green olives, anchovies and soft cheese.”
THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME…
This rosé is the realisation of a vision first dreamt fifty years before it was made. 2022 – the vintage this wine comes from – marked Harry & Pip Goring’s Golden Wedding Anniversary – and what a fitting way to celebrate this by releasing one of Pip’s favourites – a still rosé. This wine celebrates Pip’s perseverance and patience, her love of life and bringing people together.
